Headhunting China

China Contact Consulting remains focused on the Chinese recruitment industry from both the customer and candidate perspective and finding the right contract or permanent position for our applicants is our ultimate goal.
We provide quality headhunting services for both our customers and contractors/candidates. We understand requirements from both Western and Asian perspectives and provide quality services pairing the two together. Our methodology is to gather all our information on our clients while matching their qualifications, experience and career aspirations to the needs of our partner organizations. Through our extensive corporate and personnel database we quickly identify the best opportunities currently available in China.

1.Specific Candidate Headhunting
China Contact Consulting has the ability to approach specific personnel on our corporate clients¡¯ behalf. We would make a third party approach to gather information on which specific strategy to employ.
Advantages:

  • Information regarding the candidates aspirations and expectations will be gathered
  • An accurate assessment of the remuneration package sought including any personal preferences
  • An opinion from the candidate about the client company and their competitors
    A report will be produced for our clients outlining all the above points as well as all other relevant information. Our client is then in a favourable position and will know what steps need to be taken to secure the services of their chosen candidate
    2. Non-specific Headhunting
    This entails China Contact Consulting taking a full job specification and a full person specification, as well as a list of our clients main competitors. China Contact Consulting would then research the market and provide a shortlist of candidates. Our client would receive an overview of each candidate to include:
  • Full CV/Resum¨¦
  • Remuneration package sought by the candidate
  • The Candidates future career aspirations


    After our client has selected specific candidates, full candidate briefings and interview arrangements will be controlled by China Contact Consulting
    3. Non-specific Job Search
    This entails China Contact Consulting receiving a resume/CV from a client interested in a management position. After information is received we will perform an extensive search of the Chinese market to see if positions you aim for match your requirements.

  • Remuneration Package Sought by the candidate
  • The client¡¯s future career aspirations and position sought
  • Location preferences
