behalf. We would make a third party approach to gather
information on which specific strategy to employ.

2. Non-specific Headhunting
This entails China Contact Consulting
taking a full job specification and a full person specification,
as well as a list of our clients main competitors. China
Contact Consulting would then research the
market and provide a shortlist of candidates. Our client
would receive an overview of each candidate to include:

After
our client has selected specific candidates, full candidate

3. Non-specific Job Search
This entails China Contact Consulting

management position. After information is received we
will perform an extensive search of the Chinese market
to see if positions you aim for match your requirements.
