personnel search takes 3 steps:
Step
1.Design of Targeted Personnel Profile
In
order to attain a search perameter we require specific
target profiles of candidates.
We require: position, remuneration, languages, education,
skills, experiences, qualities, character, place of
work, career perspectives etc..
Step
2.Start of Identification
China
Contact Consulting will start its search all
over China by scanning its and it¡¯s partners databases,
speaking to headhunters in the target industry, and
using its knowledge of the local market to develop a
shortlist. This list will be presented to your company
and from the selected individuals candidates will be
and pre-selected.
Step
3.Presentation of Candidates
Pre-selected
candidates who are suitable will be introduced to you
by the personal resume of the candidate and China
Contact Consulting¡¯s interview memo. You will
then meet personally with candidates who are most favoured.
Meetings will take place in China at your discretion.
Meetings can be accompanied by trained HR China
Contact Consulting staff. China Contact
Consulting will advise you on working contracts
and other human resource topics. If you have identified
a suitable candidate you will sign an employment contract
with candidate. If no suitable candidate is located
the search will begin again at step 2.
