Project Brief
1. Construction Site and Conditions
This Project, with planned land area of 50 mu, is located at No. 9, Feng Xian Zhong Road, northwest of Yong Feng Hi-tech Industry Base, Haidian Yuan, Zhong Guan Cun Science and Technology Park, that is in the I-7 area.
There are whole set of municipal facilities such as water, power, gas and so on in the construction land and all pipelines and lands are underground.
2. Scope of Works
The Project will build 12000m2 comprehensive office and test building and 24000m2 workshops for fuel cells and pre-industrialization production of electric vehicle with fuel cells.
3. Output and Product Plan
Product of this Project will be positioned at sightseeing bus and transit bus. From 2007 to 2008, 5000 kW/year fuel cells will be produced for 500/year sightseeing buses and 10/year transit buses, and in 2009, 10000 kW/year for 1000/year sightseeing buses and 20/year for transit buses.
4. Total Investment
After evaluation, total investment of this Project is 169.72 million yuan, including construction investment of 146.87 million yuan (including interests in the construction period) and circulation fund of 22.85 million yuan.
5. Business Forecast
After calculation, revenue of this Project in the 4th and 5th year is 170 million yuan/year and since the 6th year will reach to 340 million yuan/year. Average profit during the calculated period is 25.239 million yuan/year.
Present Situation
Fei Chi Green Energy Company has the whole set of arts and technologies for independent research and production of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), and has equipments for production of PEMFC with tens of KW.
Financing Plan
Total investment of the Project is 153.73 million yuan, incluing initial circulating fund of 6.86 million yuan, which will be prepared by legal person of the Project with its own capital, dynamic construction investment of 146.87 million yuan among which there will be 96.87 million yuan prepared by legal person and 50 million yuan by long-term lending.
Project Business and Profit Distribution Modes<
Fei Chi Green Energy Company will set up joint venture with investors. Share ratio in the joint venture will be adjusted according to amount of investment and there's no absolute holding party in principle. Each party will get responding profit distribution according to investment ratio.
Project Objective
Welcome domestic and overseas companies and consortiums to join this Project with capital or patent technologies to push forward jointly the research, development, promotion and application of fuel cell and electric vehicle with fuel cell, to resolve the serious problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution in our country, and to make contribution to the realization of the idea of "Hi-Tech Olympic, Green Olympic" for 2008 Beijing Olympics.
First plan: Investing about 50 million yuan with rest part being prepared through lending by the joint venture.
Second plan: Investing about 110 million yuan, which is suggested to be invested by 2 or 3 investors.
Third plan: There's no limitation to the total investment of investors that is engaged in the business of fuel cell or fuel cell electric vehicle and will be devoted to the long-term development of Chinese fuel cell electric vehicles.
Forth plan: For a certain item, investor and Fei Chi Green Energy Company will establish new company, or set up technical cooperation with Fei Chi Green Energy Company and dismiss this cooperation after completing the item.
