| Beijing Electronic City Company, Ltd. Beijing Electronic City Company, Ltd. was approved by Beijing Municipal Government and founded in 1994, with registry capital of 110,000 yuan. The company is mainly responsible for overall regulation, investment, construction and development of the electronic city, including upgrade and construction of municipal infrastructures in the park, land resource integration for electronic standard workshops in old industry base, and building management, upgrade of danger and old buildings for entering enterprises that build up new electronic standard workshops. |
Project Brief
1. Location and Land Area
Beijing Electronic City Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Park) locates in Jiu Xian Qiao-Wang Jing region of Chao Yang District, occupying 10.5 km2. The Park is divided into east and west part by capital airport express way.
This Project is to invite investment for the IT Industry Park in east part of the Park. The east part reaches to Jing-Bao railway in the east, airport express way in the north, Dong Feng Nan Road in the south and East 4th Ring Road in southeast, occupying 7.0 km2.
2. Present Situation
Being an important part of Zhong Guan Cun Science and Technology Park and approved by the National Ministry of Technology and Beijing municipal government, Beijing Electronic City Science and Technology Park is a comprehensive national hi-tech science and technology park with multiple functions and focuses on developing electronic information industry. At present, there are altogether 555 hi-tech enterprises in the Park, among which 444 are domestic invested ones with 11.53 billion yuan of registered capital, and 111 ones related to overseas investment with registered capital of 647 million yuan. There are 16 ones in global top 500 enterprises have invested or set up headquarters in the Park.
In recent year, through introduction and development of new hi-techs, the Park has established new hi-tech industry groups in areas such as communication, LCD, colorful kinescope, display tube, digital video and audio, and new instruments. While developing in the direction of digitalization, informationization and networked, the Park has become initially a comprehensive hi-tech science and technology park with multiple functions and focuses on developing electronic information industry.
3. Advantages of the Park
There are 16 km inner roads in the park that are newly built or upgraded. Public roads have reached almost every corner of the Park and a perfect transportation system has been set up. The Park is 12 km away from capital airport, 15 km away from Tian An Men Square, and 150 km from Tianjin new port. There are rich manpower resources in that area. With 200,000 people live in Wangjing region and 150,000 in electronic city, there are many people engaged in science and technology in that area.
Near the Park, there are 90% of foreign embassies in Beijing and 75% agencies of overseas electronic manufacturers. There are Beijing CBD, international business district, Asia Sports Games Village, Olympics Park and several other conference and exhibition centers. Besides, there are bi-lingual schools, electronic profession schools and famous joint venture hospitals. All those have formed a complete supporting service system and can provide all-round service to the entering enterprises.
There are complete municipal facilities in the Park including water, power supply, heat, communication, gas and so on. The Park has invested 180 million yuan to established a 20M LAN providing easy internet access service to enterprises in the Park. There are professional producer of special gases to provide electronic enterprises with super pure gas for electronic production.
According to overall development plan, the Park has built up CAPITEL industry park focuses on wireless communication and mobile communication industry, BCOC industry park on cable communication industry, BOE industry park on electronic display industry, Seven Star industry park on new electronic instruments, and electronic headquarters center with headquarters of electronic information multinational companies and enterprise commercial activity centers. An electronic industry arrangement with full supporting parts has been established.
There are altogether 4 national scientific research institutes in the Park, and all major enterprises there have their own research and development centers. In addition, there are many private scientific research enterprises.
After several years of development, the Park has set up 5 pillar industries, including communications, computer (including software, display), colorful kinescope and display tubes, digital audio and video, new instruments and electronic application, which have laid down strong basis for future development of the Park.
Scope of Works and Conditions<
To develop the IT industry Park based on current situation to further expand industry development space, according to general construction plan and industry development outline of the Park. This business invitation is for rent or sale of electronic production workshops and related buildings in the IT industry park, whose functions are to promote new electronic technology industry.
