Project Brief
1. Construction Site and Land Area
Construction site of this Project is in Beijing Shahe Higher Education Park, occupying land area of 5.19 ha.
2. Scope of Works
Planned constructed area is 93,400 m2.
3. Bed Numbers and Construction Plan
To build up a class 3-A hospital with special treatment capabilities in certain areas. 800 beds are planned initially.
4. Total Investment
Based on initial evaluation, construction investment of this Project is 854.67 million yuan and circulating fund is 73.98 million yuan.
Project Objective
In order to be adapted to the ideas of social public facility construction and revolution of management and operation modes, Beijing Luodun Shahe Higher Education Park Development Company, Ltd. will build up hospital of Beijing Shahe Higher Education Park as a joint-stock hospital, inviting investors to finance, construct and operate in a market mode, and conducting commercialized operation in the premise of ensuring medical treatment functions for social public interests.
General Conditions
All companies, legal persons or other economic organizations that have registered in or out People's Republic of China legally are permitted to join in investment, construction and assets operation management of this Project.
Investment Return Mode
In the future, investors will set up a Project company, which can be a solely invested company of single investor or a stock company consisted of several investors and the Project owner.
Profit of the Project belongs to the Project company and will be distributed according to stock or rights ratio of each investors.
