Construction Site
The Project is in southeast part of Beijing National Environmental Protection Industry Zone, occupying construction land of 45 mu.
Scope of Works
In order to improve municipal infrastructures in the National Environmental Protection Industry Zone, Management Committee of National Environmental Protection Industry Zone will invite investment from the society for sewage treatment plan Project in BOT way. Scope of works include sewage upgrade and pre-treatment system, sewage bio-treatment system, sludge treatment system, and buildings and supporting facilities in the plant area.
Sewage treatment capability is 30,000 tons/day and the treatment technique is level2 bio-treatment.
Total Investment and Project Schedule
Total investment is 44.087 million yuan and all construction works will finish within 2.5 years.
Project Condition
This Project serves National Environmental Protection Industry Zone and has good economic profits. It has finished initial requirement forecast and identification of technical plan, and is in the BOT business invitation phase.
Investment Return Mode
1. Intended Business Mode
The Project invites investors to invest in the operation of sewage treatment plant in National Environmental Protection Zone during construction and Concession period, introducing market competitive system, reducing construction cost and improving return and quality of investment.
2. General Conditions
(1) Construction on Project land and free use of land in Concession period; (2). Providing certain financial support under agreed conditions.
3. Requirements on Investors
(1) Being able to invest on the construction of the Project;
