Scope of Works
This Project plans to build up terrestrial heating well group serving 1 million m2 constructed area, and set up a comprehensive heating company integrated with services like heating, cooling and hot water.
If invest in commercial items, planned heating area is 1 million m2, cooling area 1 m2, and providing 360,000 tons hot water per year.
If invest in public items, planned heating area is 1 million m2 and cooling area 1 m2.
If invest in civil items, planned heating area is 1 million m2, cooling area 1 m2, and providing 360,000 tons hot water per year.
Total Investment and Construction Schedule
For commercial items, total investment is 187.944 million yuan, including construction investment 182.374 million yuan and circulation fund 5.57 million yuan.
For commercial items, total investment is 160.858 million yuan, including construction investment 157.201 million yuan and circulation fund 3.658 million yuan.
For commercial items, total investment is 148.702 million yuan, including construction investment 145.377 million yuan and circulation fund 3.325 million yuan.
The heating company will serve and provide heat to constructed area of 100,000 m2 in the first year, and cooling and hot water services in the second year. Served constructed area will be 300,000 m2 in the third year and 400,000 m2 in the forth year.
Operation period will be 20 years calculated from the construction period.
Project Condition
Energy-Saving Law of the People's Republic of China has claimed clearly that the country encourages exploration of new energies and recyclable energies. New and Recyclable Energy Development Outline for 1996-2010 prepared by the State Planning Council, State Science Council and State Economic and Trade Council has further emphasized on accelerating spaces of development and industry construction for new and recyclable energies. Other laws like the Promotion Law for Clean Production of the People's Republic of China and Prevention and the Treatment Law for Atmosphere Pollution of the People's Republic of China have also encouraged such environmental protection type heating industry.
Beijing Ever Source Company has international leading independent intellectual property and production and processing capabilities. Besides, it also has large market share in cooling service using terrestrial heat resources.
General preparation works have been completed, such as identifying personnel organization and related capital and technical supports, etc. Early planning and demonstration works have been finished and the business invitation works are being conducting.

The central liquid cooling and heating source environmental system has good market prospect. Making use of this technology can bring great social and economic values. Beijing Ever Source Science and Technology Development Company is looking for partners with strong powers to set up jointly a stock heating company.
Investment Return Mode
Registered capital of the heating company is 100 million yuan.
The heating company can be set up in two ways. One is that Beijing Ever Source Company invests with technologies, system integration and series of equipments, holding 51% of the heating company's shares and being responsible for the heating company, while the investor provide 49 million yuan for establishment and operation of the heating company. The second one is that Beijing Ever Source Company invests with technologies and other invisible assets, holding 25% of shares while the other investor the heating company.
All parties shall have mutual trust and respect, and divide responding responsibilities, rights and interests according to ratio of holding shares strictly.
