1. Location and circumference conditions

The base is 2 kilometers to the Yellow Village secondary planet city, 1.5 kilometers to the goods site of the Yellow Village railway, 18 kilometers to the FuXingMen, 40 minutes of distance by car to the capital international aerodrome, 90 minutes of distance by car to the Tientsin harbor.

Project content
The Project content of Beijing biological engineering and medication industry base consists of two parts: the first is the land investment, which aims to import manufacturing enterprises of biological and medication development and service enterprises of providing matching services; the second is Project investment, which aims to construct the public facilities and social services within the base.
Because of the season that only the entire planning of the starting district of 2.33 square kilometers has been completed, and the completion of the "eight through one smooth", the range of land investment is the starting district 2.33 square kilometers, total 17 pieces of land with the area of 411228 m2, including 12 pieces of land with the area of 242667 m2 for industry; 3 pieces with area of 124875 m2 for dwelling; 2 pieces with area of 43684 m2 for business and finance. The four investment Projects are symbol architectural group of the base, integrated heat supplying factory, trade and business district, base gardens.
Project condition and requirements
1. Land condition
The land remise within the Beijing biological and medication industry base will adopt the means of agreement remise, and the price is according to the standard made by Beijing government and DaXing government, and the price will be 250,000 yuan per-MU for the qualified high-tech biological and medication manufacturing enterprises; to those who don't qualify, the price will be the market price. The land used by public matching facilities within the base and the land used by city planning construction will be remised by the means of agreement with the market price, the detailed price will be confirmed after the negotiation between the operation company and intent investors. The land used by public construction of operation including office, trade and business, financing construction will be remised by the means of suspending brand and auction, the price will be determined by the auction result, the prediction price will not be less than 750,000 yuan per-MU (not including money of land remise).
2. Relative favorable conditions
Execute the relative supporting polices enacted by the Centrality and Beijing government about three capital enterprises, new high-tech enterprises and results translating Projects of new high-tech;
The 5 years of revenue from the local finance formed by the newly imported biological engineering and medical enterprises are used to support the development of the enterprise, the 50 percent of the following five years of revenue will be used to support the development of the enterprise;
All of the qualified biological engineering and medication enterprises are free of construction fees of city planning public facilities.
3. The basic conditions and requirements of the selected enterprises
The general requirement is to accord with the developing direction of Beijing biological and medication industry base, and the enterprise should have high technique content, good economic benefit, and have more invest on unit land, more production, absorb more local labor force, and have a short construction
The investment of the selected enterprise must be more than 50,000,000, and the investment per-MU (including construction investment, equipment investment, property patent investment) must be more than 1,500,000 yuan;
The revenue quantity of the selected enterprise must be more than 200,000 yuan per-MU
The occupied area of the enterprise must be more than 20 MU.
The enterprise must accord with the requirements of environmental protection, and the Project should be class one or class two with no or little pollution and disturbance to the dwelling district and public construction district,
