It can produce products of 227 specifications102 species four classes, following as oil products, three kinds of synthesized material, organic chemical industry material and carpets of chemical fiber. The petrochemical of "Yanshan" brand is salable for its complete varieties, large lot size, and high quality, and sells to 30 countries and areas of the world.

Yanshan Petrifaction Company now has 29 enterprises of product factory and academes etc, and almost 50 thousands of the staff. After more than 30 years' expansion and technology change, it has developed to be one of the most competitive petrifaction enterprises in our country.

II Project summary
Butyl is the best kind of rubber to make the inner tube of auto, and inner covering of the meridian tyre without inner tube, and its air-tightness and anti-heated oxidation are all excelled the caoutchouc. Butyl can also be used as architecture waterproof material, quality change of asphalt, special type of rubberized fabric and medicine, it is hard for other kinds of rubber to replace it.

The production of butyl is a blank field in our country, and it has been made serious technology and price monopolization in the international market. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce in the production technology of Butyl and establish the producing equipment of butyl.

III Main contents of project construction
Yanshan Petrifaction Company can produce 30 thousand tons of Butyl per year, and the project contents mainly includes the following :

1. Production part?Including the equipment of jar area, polymerization, post processing, and compression etc?

2. Public project. Including water system of high-pressure fire control, the first, and the second transformer substation?

3. Assistant producing part, store and transport equipment outside?

This project introduces in the low-temperature polymerization producing techniques of silting slurry that makes the chloromethane-methane as the solvent from Russia.

IV Analysis and prediction of product market
For a long period, the product of butyl is monopolized by American companies and Canadian companies, and there are no producing equipment of butyl in China, and all the production butyl is dependent on import. Therefore, it is very necessary to introduce in the butyl producing technology and to produce the butyl. The reason for it is as follows:
1. With the development of freeway in our country, the defect of caoutchouc inner tubes has increasingly become obvious, and the butyl inner tubes are the necessity for the safe driving.

2.The rapid development of meridian tyre greatly enhances the demands for butyl because the meridian tyre must use butyl.

V Environmental protection
During the production of butyl, the main pollution is the chlorine methane, the chlorine methane and the monomer without reaction can be recycled in use after drying and recovery, and the sewage discharged would be delivered to the west-zone sewage disposal field to transact. And the National Environmental Administration has approved the environmental protection report.

VI Investment estimate and economy benefit
The total investment of this project is 1.3 billion Yuan, among it, the capital assets invest 1.1 billion Yuan, and the current capital is 200 million Yuan.

In 1.1 billion Yuan of the capital assets, there are 56.18 million US dollars (about 500 million Yuan RMB) foreign exchange solved through commercial loan from the Japanese bank, which are transferred through Beijing subsidiary bank of China Bank.

After the project investment, its tax payment will be 140 million Yuan per year; the profits after the tax will be 92.3 million Yuan. The compensated period of loan is 12 years (including 3-years construction period), and its benefits will be good.
