Beijing Municipal Bureau of Supervision
Beijing Municipal Bureau of Supervision has the following major responsibilities:
1. To implement laws and regulations related to state administrative supervision and manage administrative supervision work of government organizations in Beijing.
2. To handle reports and accusations about government officials and staff and appeals from government officials and staff.
3. To investigate illegal practice of government officials and staff in Beijing.
4. To conduct research on discipline theories and supervision.
5. To organize discipline education and publicity on administrative supervision, laws and regulations.
6. To undertake other relevant assignments from Beijing Municipal Government, Chinese Communist Party (CPC) Beijing Committee, CPC Central Discipline Commission and Ministry of Supervision.
