Beijing Municipal Bureau of Personnel
Beijing Municipal Bureau of Personnel has the following responsibilities:
1. To be in charge of personnel and promotion of personnel reform in Beijing.
2. To manage civil servants, executive personnel of enterprises and professionals.
3. To be responsible for forecasting and developing personnel resources, management of personnel markets, inspecting state enterprises, management of income of units and institutes.
4. To handle employment of graduate students, the transfer of military people to civil employment and the transfer of cadres from outside Beijing.
5. To handle other relevant work assigned by the Beijing Municipal Government.
