Beijing Municipal Commission of Construction
Beijing Municipal Commission of Construction has the following major responsibilities:
1. To conduct research and work out plans and policies concerning the city's construction and building industry.
2. To execute these plans.
3. To draft the local regulations concerning construction, construction materials and real estate development.
4. To manage the construction industry.
5. To regulate the construction market.
6. To guide the business of commercial houses.
7. To manage the foreign economy, trade and foreign affairs of construction industry.
8. To guide the construction work of the counties and districts.
9. To guide the economic work of affiliated enterprises.
10. To manage the comprehensive work of construction communities.
11. To undertake other relevant assignments from Beijing Municipal Government.
