Beijing Municipal Administration Commission
Beijing Municipal Administration Commission has the following responsibilities:
1. To formulate policy and regulations for infrastructure construction, public utilities and administrative affairs.
2. To draw up and carry out plans for the city's infrastructure construction as well as long-term and annual plan for development of the public utilities.
3. To be responsible for the city's infrastructure construction.
4. To examine and approve the technology, operation, service, supply and management, and supervise the enforcement.
5. To participate in raising capital for infrastructure construction and supervise spending.
6. To organize the exploration and promotion of important technological items and achievements.
7. To be responsible for the examination and approval of the important technological reform items.
8. To be responsible for the management of city's roads, bridges, water sewage, traffic, water consumption, exploration and protection of groundwater; approval of outdoor advertisement and housing reform.
9. To undertake other relevant assignments from Beijing Municipal Government.
