Beijing Municipal Health Bureau
Beijing Municipal Health Bureau has the following major responsibilities:
1. To formulate general plans and targets for the development and reform of the city's health and sanitation business.
2. To draft local policies and regulations.
3. To supervise and enforce management of staff numbers and medicine.
4. To formulate and carry out plans for the diagnosis of serious ailments.
5. To examine and approve staff numbers, institute and formulate a plan for the exploration of talent, medical education development and key issues in the field of health and sanitation.
6. To organize relevant research, exploration and promotion of exchange and cooperation of technology.
7. To work with relevant departments for the formulation of the medical insurance system and medical charge.
8. To undertake other relevant assignments from Beijing Municipal Government.
