|
The major responsibilities of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Safety Production Supervision are:
1. To be responsible for the general management of production safety of this city,to analyze and forecast the production safety situation, to draft work plans of production safety, to exercise the authority of production safety supervisory management according to law.
2. To be responsible for investigating and drawing up local laws and regulations in field of production safety and rough rules in this city and formulate relevant policies and organize the implementation.
3. To be responsible for the investigations, disposition and case settlement of injury and death accidents in work, statistics of unnatural death accidents,and putting forward opinions to find out the responsibilities for production safety.
4. To be responsible for the safety supervision and inspection for the safety facilities of infrastructure and technological transformation key construction projects and the main works' design, construction and put into production at the same time(hereafter referred to as "three at the same time"). To supervise and inspect and monitor serious danger sources and rectify the hidden danger of serious accidents,to organize the inspection and disposition of those production and operation units which are not qualified for production safety according to law.
5. To be responsible for the qualification certificates for those social agencies that engage in the appraisement, consultation, test and inspection of production safety. To be responsible for the supervisory management of labor protection articles. To be responsible for the operation permission and registration of dangerous chemicals.
6. To be responsible for organizing the propagation, education and training of production safety in this city. To instruct science and technology studies of production safety and the promotion of new technologies.
7. To carry out international exchanges and cooperation in field of production safety of this city.
8. To undertake other issues given by Beijing Municipal Government. |
