Beijing Daxing Industrial Development Area
The Development Area, with a planned area of 5km 2 , takes the advantage of the geological location of the Huangcun Satellite Town which is close to downtown Beijing and has grown to embrace such pillar industries as software development, machinery manufacturing, biological pharmaceuticals, printing and packaging, and garments. Inside the development are the Software Development Area, Gene Development Area and Pioneering Development Area for those who studied abroad but have returned for industrial development.
The Industrial Development Area has completed construction of necessary infrastructural facilities.
