Beijing Linhe Industrial Development Area
The Development Area is planned to cover 4.16km 2 , with the first-phase construction covering 1.31km 2 . Located at what the municipal government plans "one district and two lines" with Zhongguancun at its center, the Development Area joins the Jiuxianqiao Electronics Town and the Airport Industrial Area to form the Northeastern Beijing Electronics Industrial Belt as one of the China North Micro-electronics Production Bases.
Thus far, the Development Area has acquired conditions for construction of necessary infrastructural facilities.

Major industries in the Development Area include micro-electronics, optics-machinery-electronics integration, biological pharmacy, auto parts, and integrated circuits.
